In early August my ** year old mother called Bell to cancel her services as she had sold the house and was moving out on August **th. In September she received a bill fo August and part of September. She again called Bell to tell them she had moved and to disconnect Bell services. Today she received another bill for over $***. This bill included the cost of the boxes, internet and tv. Now why would they add these costs and yet bill her for internet, tv and phone. She attempted to call Bell today again and ask them why she was still being charged for services when she had twice told them to disconnect her. She was passed to as many as * agents until they just hung up on her. I attempted to call Bell on her behalf but each time they would either put me on hold for ** minutes and then hung up or they would tell me they would find me a supervisor and then put me on hold forever. I find what you’re doing is taking advantage of seniors and am prepared to take this to the media if not resolved to our satisfaction.
We want the charges for services dating back to August ** when she moved out of the house.
