In early August my ** year old mother called bell to inform them that her house was sold and would no longer require bell services. In September she recieved a bill and again called bell to inform them she no longer needed bell services. The home she is renting has phone, internet and tv included in the lease. They are not bell services. Today she received another bill with charges for October and November. She tried today, to explain to bell that she hasn’t been in the old address since August **th. They gave her the runaround passing the call to different agents until they just hung up. I, myself tried to call bell on behalf of my mother, I requested to speak to a supervisor, each time, I called twice, they put me on hold for ** minutes on one call and on another call they just hung up on me. If this isn’t resolved to our satisfaction, we are prepared to contact the media to show how you treat seniors. My mother has a $*** bill for services she never used just because bell didn’t cancel her services when she requested. I to have had similar problems with bell and no longer use your services. I don’t know if your agents are told they must do whatever it takes to keep the coffers full but taking advantage of a senior is dispicable.
