I phoned Bell on Tuesday Nov ** **** to get my business line fixed. I cannot call out or nobody can phone in. I get a buzzing sound when I pick up the phone.They were to come out on the **st. When I called at *pm because they had not arrived yet. They told me that my phoned had been fixed. I responded that it was not. So they said they would send someone out on the **. I informed them that nobody would be here because I would be at the hospital having tests done. They told be that I had to have someone come into my shop and wait. I said no. They told me that they would send someone out on Friday the **rd. I phoned Friday morning to confirm they were coming and was told that they could not be here until between *-*. I informed them that my business closed at *. Well then they would not be out until Saturday. I told them that I would wait Friday until they came. I asked them to send repair man into my business to make sure it is working. They told me that a repair man was out at the pole twice and said that I have a dial tone, but I do not have a dial tone. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that nobody was available but they would phone me back. They phoned me back with a New Jersey phone. I asked where they were calling from and was told Philippines. I asked to speak with someone from Ontario Canada. The person I was talking to me hung up. I told the person that I was talking to that if my phone is not fixed that I will take my business elsewhere. Why do we pay more for a business line if we can't get them fixed in a timely manner. Please help. Why am I paying for a phone I cannot use.
