better long term rate or more data ... a day after I sent this email to Bell Canada a representative called me on a Saturday morning claiming to be "a senior supervisor", she was very unfriendly and inpleasant to speak with and before much was said in regards to my email she offered to cancel my Service for me immediately if I was to pay off the remaining balance. I have had nothing but extremely poor customer service from Bell . sadly in this day and age Bell is not equipped with a friendly knowledgable customer service team and really don't seem to care about customer loyalty or retention ! below is my original email. *" regarding my bell turbo hub for home Internet. I am trying to get bell to retain me as a loyal customer as I have been on a two-year contract, and the account holder has had a bell account for *** years. However each time I called to speak with loyalty department they have nothing to offer me. They seem to think I am a new customer wanting to join bell when in fact all I want is to be rewarded for my loyalty with something more feasible and affordable than what I have been paying for the past ** months. please bear in mind this is not a cell phone plan I am referring to. This is my home Internet, due to my rural location I have chosen bell over three other possible providers and all I want is to have a little more freedom and a little less expense per month..I understand Bell is a big company who can apparently afford to lose customers over accounts such as myself who seem to be very insignificant to them. i'm really frustrated with the fact that Bell NEVER has nothing to offer me to even try or attempt to keep me satisfied customer. I am actually the one doing the calling to bell in hopes they want to retain me, but loyalty department has done no such thing. In fact my last call to loyalty Friday, May ** I was offered a plan more expensive for less than the plan I am on. I consider this to be terrible customer service. essentially I heard please take your monthly payments and give them to somebody else because we really just don't care. if my account plan does not change, I will pay off the contract which is very minimal at this point and move on to another provider. I plan remain where I live for many years to come and remain loyal to whom ever will see me and treat me as a valued customer. sadly after almost * years I do not believe that will be bell. I would much like to discuss this with somebody who will understand my needs and appreciate my situation, and reward me for being a loyal customer . i'm not asking for miracles I'm just asking for something a little better. thank you "
I called often and have had very bad customer service even being offered plans that never existed.
