Help with my Bell Canada issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Bell Canada help.
The issue in GetHuman-rinathor's own words
cancel fee of $**.**. This has not been fixed, still getting charge. ... I cancelled my cable two weeks ago & was told there would be a $**.** fee because my contract had four months left.The first thing I told them that I did not want to have a contract. They told me that I was not under any contract & now I am told different.*I am a senior & I only had the starter package because that is what I could afford at that time.I still have my landline with them which is expense.*I had to do all the work to send them the receiver etc, running around to get a box & they wanted it bubble wrap. Expense for me. They still wanted the fee of $**.** which I can not afford to pay. This is terrible customer service & a Hugh expense for the customers. I was not told at the time of getting the new service that it was under contract.
I would not have to pay the $**.** fee
Payments were always made on time
Talking to them on the phone, but that was a waste of time.
I have an issue with Bell Canada too
