A red light on your Belkin router typically indicates a disconnection from the internet. First, check all the wired connections, and ensure the cables are securely plugged in, both from the router to your modem and from the router to your devices. Next, restart both the router and modem. Unplug them for several seconds, then plug them back in, waiting for both devices to fully reboot. Start with your modem, wait for it to power up fully, then power up your router. If the issue persists after completing these steps, there may be an issue with your internet service provider, the router itself, or the settings within the router.
