I would give this hotel -*- stars but you have to pick one. Checked in this past weekend because it was close to the hospital where my dad was at and being an emergency I didn’t have much time to really plan anything. Coming from out of town I read the reviews and most were fair and the pictures looked good. Upon checking in, I went to my room and found mold on the ceiling and around the tub, dried blood on the back of the bathroom door and gum stuck to the carpet. Ac in the hallways was set to ** but the reading for the hallways was **....hotel smelled and very hot! Housekeepers no where to be found, front desk people completely clueless and very short staffed. One front desk person was there for over ** hours straight. Housekeepers not wearing uniforms. Elevator extremely dirty and candy wrappers in the same spot two days in a row. First night on the *rd floor people who weren’t staying at the hotel were being let in and it was confirmed they were doing drugs. Hotel manager said he would have them removed but that never happened. Second morning upon leaving there was a cockroach in the bathroom! Disgusting to say the least! Compensation was one free night lol! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. Unfortunately I had to make due bc all the other hotels were fully booked and I wasn’t in town for very long and spent most of my days at the hospital visiting! Plus I asked the first night for a full refund to check out and leave and was told the manager would come talk to me! I waited for over an hour in the lobby and he never showed up! This hotel needs a complete renovation and new management! I believe the “good reviews” on this hotel are made by staff or possibly friends of the staff. *A full refund would have been nice since your signs state “if you are not satisfied and we don’t make it right your stay is on us”.
