Help with my Bayer Corporation issue

I purchased * Seresto dog collars from Walmart on April *, ****. I put the collars on my dogs on May *, ****. I have been getting fleas jumping on me from my dogs since the beginning of September! This is my second time using the collars, because I was impressed the first go around, even though they only worked for * months and not *. My most recent purchase has only kept my dogs and my house flea free for * months TOPS!! I have decided to go back to a flea pill, which I am sad about. I’ve seen many other post where people have purchased around the same time I time I did and they are having the same issue! What happened? I feel like I just tossed money away by purchasing Seresto this past time. I’m not asking for a full refund, but something. I’m disabled and money is tight and my animals are important to me. They have been miserable with the fleas and I’m not happy having fleas jumping on me! Thank you for your time and I hope this issue will get resolved. Perhaps it was a bad batch, I don’t know.
