Because I missed my Volaris flight GUA to LAX on November *, ****, due to a car accident causing my late arrival at airport, I went to Avianca counter to inquire about purchasing a ticket on morning flight to LAX. I was told price was then $*** but that there were more than ** open seats so price would be lower as time for flight came closer. I spent the night sitting up in airport to purchase ticket at * am when counter opened, per advice of your employees. When I went back shortly after * am, I was told price was now $***. I was advised to go to management office at airport because of the situation and advice given to me prior night. I did so but to no avail in reducing price of ticket.*Because of my exhaustion, day before car accident, and a * year old grandson having surgery day before, I purchased with Visa card the ticket but under disagreement*to be disputed about the price.*I believe Avianca should honor the price of $*** or lower, as two employees told me would be the case.* I see currently on your webpage that round-trip tickets are in the mid to high $***s. *My ticket is *************, GUA to LAX on ** November ****.
