The issue in GetHuman-tmaw's own words
I bought a car with AutoNation Toyota Tempe on October **** along with some add-on plans. I signed a product cancellation form on October **st to cancel the add-on plans. I did this with manager Murray Griffin and the process number is *******. Fast forward to today, ********, and I still haven't HEARD anything back. My Toyota Financial Account still shows the charges for these plans. I've contacted them through phone, in-person, email, voicemail, online chat and I've NOT gotten ANY response back yet. Can anyone PLEASE help me out.
GetHuman-tmaw did not yet indicate what Autonation should do to make this right.
