I went to do a return on a receipt i loved the deal was a good one so i bought a * qt.motor oil pennzoil and a filter for **.** i returned to the same place i bought it from unopened un used the reason is because my partner bought one to. The guy and the manger at **** north** ave Phoenix Az *** *** **** the guy who was helping me at *:** pm opened the unused motor oil i was returning and refused my return the manger told me he can return it because it was opened i responded that is because the man who works there opened it i argued back he opened it and broke the seal the manger told he was standing right there i said so what he opened it i told to say what he did he look over it and then proceeded to brake the seal and refused my return iam not happy with this service i don't open things and return it thats not how i roll i want my refund that should be owed and some because that is bad buisness and i should not be treated like iam the one who open things and return it was a very bad way of me not wanting to shop at auto zone again i went with ***% honesty and walk out like i am a criminal these people should be fired.i wish i never had walked or bought anything from this auto zone i mean who does this i hope not everyone does this kind of business and i am not happy with the out come the manger was rude and he lied to a customer who only was trying to return something with a receipt i don't think that was a proper way of not getting my money back the manger saw him open it but lied to me abought him not seeing him do it i had a person with me who can say the same thing i have no criminal record iam voter animal rescuer church going and these men were out of line i want something done about it so it will happen to someone else
