Please reimburse me for the * sandwiches that I ordered. I am more than dissapointed with my experience. I order the same Chipotle Turkey & Avocado (Hot) sandwich EVERY DAY for my lunch break. I will break down how my experience continues to get worse at each visit to your restaurant. ***st pick up order- food was ready in the promised time. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I was very pleased. A young lady was working almost by herself. ***nd pick up order- I arrived a few minutes after the pick up time. Food was not ready. The employees were joking around and laughing about how they need to pay more attention to the online orders (which was rude rather than apologizing) . There was no other customers ordering. The employees were just there chatting. An employee quickly made my sandwich while I went to another store. I order ahead online so that I can use my lunch break to actually eat, but my lunch time was spent waiting on food that should have been ready. When I returned the sandwich was ready, hot, and tasted great. ***rd pick up order- once again the sandwich was not ready, well-after the pick up time. I saw that my ticket was just lying on the counter in the corner. Again, the store was not busy at all and my lunch break, unfortunately, was spent waiting on an order that was placed in advance. The employees made my sandwich and offered a cookie for the inconvenience. The sandwich tasted good. ***th pick up order was today, Monday, *******. I ordered two sandwiches and the order was ready upon pick up. I took my meal back to my office and noticed that there was absolutely no arugula on my sandwiches. One sandwich had exactly * piece of small chopped lettuce. The other sandwich had a few pieces of lettuce used for salad. The sandwiches looked as if they were just thrown together. Additionally, they tasted absolutely disgusting. It tasted nothing like the sandwich that I had been eating for literally the past week. I called the store and they offered to bring me another order. (Depending on how fast you walk, My job is literally * -** min away walking distance ). An employee brings me * replacement sandwiches and they are no better than the fist. Perhaps, even worse with only a few sprinkles of arugula and the meat was actually cold as if they pulled it out of the refrigerator. The sandwiches were so bad I thought they were trying to play a joke on me. This is supposed to be a HOT sandwich. I am so discouraged from ever eating here again. How is it that the employees aren't trained the same. The first young lady to make my order did a phenomenal job and encouraged me to continue to spend my money at this store. However, the service continues to get worse. I want to be compensated in full and want my money back as I paid for * sandwiches. I keep wasting my time at your store. At the very least, if I am spending my hard earned money and time here and PAYING for a service, I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THAT SERVICE! The "courtesy" sandwiches were disgusting, and I am a regular customer so I know what the Chipotle Turkey Avocado (HOT) sandwich is supposed to taste like. I don't want * more sandwich (which will probably taste horribly if they are made by the same people today). I want to be fully compensated for the food that your company failed to give me and possibly speak to a corporate representative about these experiences.
