Hi, I purchased a Garmen Drive ** sat nav from your Tunbridge wells store on the **th September. The device is not working - i have been on to garmen technical support, and they say that the device needs to be exchanged. Unfortunatley i have lost the receipt, and i am away out of the country until **th October. Will I be able to visit the Tunbridge wells store and get a replacement device on the ** October? I will be able to show a print of my credit card statement to verify the purchase. Also, I reserved on line using my *****@***.com address and collected on sunday ** September using a mastercard. Does this provide you with enough information
