I ordered a product for collection in Sainsbury store in wombourne I spoke to a lady on live chat Danielle who assured me the item would be at the store at **.**am Sunday I went to the store to collect them at *.** but I was told they had not arrived and won't be there until today this is despite me telling Danielle that if they were not there Sunday I didn't want the item and that if there was a problem I would drive to Argos at Merry Hill and collect them but I was assured they would be there I asked sainsburys staff why they didn't inform me they hadn't arrived I was told you won't give customers phone numbers or email so they couldn't contact me this is absolutely disgusting one of you Sainsbury or Argos could of contacted me and I would of picked them up myself I will never buy from Argos again
