I purchased a tv from yourselves a year and a half ago. I went to change channels and the screen went black. I have sound but no picture. I have called into my local Argos store to try and resolve the issue. I was given a number for a to speak to a Panasonic enegineer. Which I’m no further forward with. He just stated it was an engineer problem and I was put on hold and then cut off and had to ring again. Under Eu law i have electrical cover for two years if an item isn’t fit for purpose. I spent £*** on a tv that lasted * year and half. I have my receipt for proof of purchase. I’m no further forward with calling into Argos and ringing Panasonic. I would like my tv replaced as it is not fit for purpose. *Regards,Julie Whittaker
