Trying to get the product I was originally gave my Argos staff ... I purchased a zinc smart x pro from Argos last month witch had bloothooth built in the bloothooth stopped working so I returned the item and got gave another Segway once I’ve got it home I’ve noticed it wasn’t the same as the one I originally purchased this Segway was just a zinc smart x wich doesn’t have bloothooth so I returned it to store and explained they said they originally gave me the zinc smart x pro by mistake and as a good will guesture because the one I should have purchased was out of stock which in my understanding is not my fault so I’ve tried understanding and explaining the segway zinc smart x pro I origiinaly revived my child has seen and played on and was over the moon with it through fault I had to bring it back and get a new one but this one doesn’t have bloothooth I can not stress enough how this has an affect on me I’m not at fault But yet I’m suffering and been left disappointed and feeling no support from Argos what so ever and my child is nothing but upset about this mistake due to Argos it’s not a mistake from me it’s a mistake from the company but yet me the customer I’m left suffering and disappointed about the service
My child is nothing but disappointed and I find it very unfair
