No where in the store does it say you can only use two coupons at one visit. Need to have it posted somewhere so customers can see the rules. ... We haven't been to arby's in awhile and when the coupons came out, my husband and I decided to go to the one in Irwin, PA. We were told that we can only use two coupons at a time. Why is this? This particular store could of had a nice order of possibly $*** or more for the coming weekend should we have been allowed to use more than two coupons. Needless to say, don't think we will be going back to that store anytime soon. It was a young man (maybe ** or **) that waited on us, and as soon as he took our order and payment, he went and was carrying on with the other co-workers there right in the front by the registers. To me, that was not good customer service. We are very dissatisfied with our visit and will tell our friends and other family members not to expect good customer service from them.
Very bad customer service. It can hurt the store and the Arby's name. Very poor judgement on the person in charge to let the employees carry on the way they did. Acting very childish instead of acting like an adult.
Want to be able to use more than * coupons at a time. Why send them out if you can only use a certain amount.
This particular store could have had an order for well over $*** if we would have been able to use more coupons. Have a wedding coming up and would have used the coupons for the rehearsal dinner when setting up the reception hall. It could have been maybe $*** or more. What's done is done and we will use our money somewhere else that will appreciate the business.
