I placed an order for a dishwasher on July 11th with the original order number [redacted]. The delivery was meant for my new home in Nevis, MN around August 1-2, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change the delivery location to my current home in Anoka, MN. I paid $35 to make this change. However, upon checking online recently, I noticed that only the delivery date was altered to August 16th, not the address as requested. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided as my requests were not correctly implemented. Despite several attempts to rectify the situation, the Nevis address continues to appear on notifications. If this issue is not promptly resolved, I will seek a refund of the total amount paid, including the $35 fee for the address change error.

Order #[redacted] dated January 18, [redacted] I placed an order for a wall oven, stove top, and microwave. Unfortunately, the microwave arrived damaged twice. After multiple calls, I'm still unsure of when I will receive the replacement microwave. Gary charged me $[redacted].00 plus tax for the microwave on January 18, [redacted], which I never received. Upon questioning the charge, I was billed an additional $1,[redacted].67. When I raised concerns about the duplicate charges, I was denied the microwave and told to purchase it elsewhere. I specifically chose these appliances to match my kitchen. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience lasting 6 months. Despite my patience, I am not receiving what I paid for. The representative I spoke to today was unhelpful and rude, insisting on issuing a refund instead of delivering the microwave I purchased along with the wall oven. I am left dissatisfied with the service I have received and am now considering a refund for all the appliances ordered. Regards, D.M. / [redacted]
