On October *th I paid for the wrong bill and then my server told me after i already paid and had me pay again but this time it was my bill. She said she refunded the money to my card. Went back on Wednesday October *th and spoke to the general manager and she said she seen no one had tried to reverse the transaction and that she did and the money should go back on by Friday October **th. It is now Monday October **th and I still haven’t gotten my refund and I called the “personal number” the GM gave me and it was the Applebee’s locations phone number and of course she isn’t there today. I’m just trying to get my ** dollars back but it seems like no one is doing anything about it.
