Get what I already paid for ... Good afternoon, I ordered carry out from your Anderson location for myself and my fianc*. We had a chicken basket and a build your own appetizer with * choices. Two honey bbq boneless wings and pretzels. I also ordered a cherry Sierra Mist with grenadine in it. When I arrived I walk inside to a quite loud and public argument between two female workers while a manager and * other workers stood around the instigating the situation. The to-go girl is polite as ever and trying to assist me however she could not hear me nor I her because of the commotion. She turns and asks them to be more quiet and they turn on her, in front of a CUSTOMER, and start yelling at her about “MANNERS?!”*I was too anxious to get out of there I didn’t get to check my order until I got home to find out I only had chicken strips from my basket there weren’t any fries. My Sierra Mist was plain, no grenadine, and my wings were DELICIOUS, however I only received one order when I asked and PAID for two. Needless to say my boyfriend and I felt used, because we paid for items we didn’t receive, disappointed, disrespected, and to top it all off we were still hungry! ** Mannie was the name on the order and I think to make things right you should give me the food I paid for but never received please.
I live **-** away from Applebee’s and work hard for the money I spend there to not receive my food was just upsetting
