Hello,
I'm Ally Williams. In one of my high school classes, students each work on a project they are passionate about. Since I am passionate about helping amputees due to being born without my left hand, I want to create a scholarship for a child with limb loss to attend Camp No Limits. To raise funds, I propose hosting a "Fort Zumwalt night at Applebee's," where classmates and I would volunteer to support this cause. I would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this idea. If interested, you can learn more about Camp No Limits at www.nolimitsfoundation.org.
Thank you,
Ally Williams

I placed an order on May 17th, [redacted], at 11:29 p.m., but there were several issues with it. When I arrived to pick it up, I had to wait for quite a while, and they mentioned my order did not print out initially. The order was missing the pepper jack cheese I paid extra for, and the chicken was burnt and tough. Additionally, the artichoke spinach dip had hair in it, and the French fries were undercooked. I have been a regular customer and never experienced these problems before. It has been challenging to get in touch with them to address these issues and request a refund on my credit card. My girlfriend, initials G.D., picked up the order, and her contact number is [redacted]. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly.

I placed an order on May 17th, [redacted], at 11:29 p.m. I am requesting a refund to be credited back to my credit card. I tried calling, but no one answered. When I arrived, the order was not even made on time, and I had to wait outside for about 40-45 minutes before my order was brought out. The food was unsatisfactory; my chicken was burnt and tough, and my burger was missing the pepper jack cheese. Additionally, the artichoke spinach dip had hair in it, and the French fries were undercooked. I have frequented this establishment regularly without issue, but this experience has left me frustrated. Please address this issue promptly by refunding the amount to my account. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I placed an order on May 17th, [redacted] at 11:29 p.m. I am disappointed with the service I received. The staff did not make my order promptly, causing me to wait for 40-45 minutes. When my food finally arrived, it was not prepared correctly. My chicken was overcooked, the burger was missing the pepper jack cheese I paid extra for, and the artichoke spinach dip had hair in it. Additionally, the French fries were undercooked. I tried contacting the establishment, but no one answered the phone. This experience was frustrating as I have been a regular customer without any previous issues. I hope this matter can be resolved by crediting my credit card for the uneaten food.

My wife and I are regular visitors to Applebee's, but our recent experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered the two for $20 deal, but the ribs were tough and overcooked. When we politely inquired with a customer service representative about a possible substitution, we were met with rudeness. The manager, Christine, displayed poor customer relations skills, telling us bluntly that there were no other options available at 10:30 pm. Despite spending around $[redacted] every weekend at Applebee's, we were shocked by the lack of respect shown to us. We value good service over money, and this experience has made us reconsider our dining habits. We have been loyal customers for years and hope that Applebee's will address this issue promptly. We expect an apology and assurance that this behavior will not be repeated. We look forward to hearing from Applebee's soon. Thank you, Robert and Rhonda Davis.

Yesterday, my experience at Applebee's on 3 Mile Line and Gonway in Mission, Texas was mixed. The service was top-notch, but the food fell short.
I ordered the French Onion Soup as an appetizer, expecting a certain presentation from the menu. What I received was a smaller portion with the bread and cheese placed on top rather than covering the whole bowl. Despite this, the soup was delicious.
For my main course, I chose the Oriental Chicken Salad. The salad portion was smaller than what I usually get at Applebee's, and I wasn't given the choice between grilled or fried chicken as I typically am. They served grilled chicken, which was tasty and a decent portion.
The bill totaled $26.29, which we paid with two $20 bills and received $13.00 in change. I suggest informing customers if you plan to keep the loose change or round up.
Overall, my experience left me feeling dissatisfied. - Linda T.

My partner and I entered the restaurant, but there was nobody at the front desk. Several waitstaff members observed us for a couple of minutes until one of them called the greeter from across the room. The greeter, who was dining at a nearby table, took her time to seat us. After she left, I noticed the table was sticky, wet, and dirty, so I cleaned it myself. It took the waiter 10 minutes to come and take our drink order. Once we placed our food and drink order, it took around 5-7 minutes for the water to arrive. When the food was served, my burger had all the toppings I had requested to be omitted. I started removing them but found the bun was burnt and had an unknown sauce. The waiter didn't check on us, so it was another 5-7 minutes before my boyfriend's cold meal arrived. The chicken tenders were tiny, similar to a kids' meal, and the Mac and cheese was dry. When we informed the waiter, he seemed indifferent. The manager was unavailable, and despite the poor service and mistakes, no apology or discount was offered. This was my worst dining experience.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Applebee's in Linden, New Jersey
I recently placed a 2 for $20 order online with Applebee's in Linden, New Jersey. Despite receiving a confirmation number, I experienced a series of frustrating events when I went to pick up my order on June 29, [redacted]. After waiting at curbside for a few minutes with no service, I went inside the restaurant to inquire about my order. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a mix-up, as they had no record of my order based on my name or confirmation number. The supervisor eventually took my order again, leading to more waiting time. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff and eventually had to leave without my order. This was the third negative experience I've had at this location in three months. I hope to see improvements in service soon, as the lack of communication and customer service I experienced was truly disappointing.

I have encountered multiple issues at the Schenectady Applebee's, primarily involving a specific bartender named Shannon. Each time I visit, she presents a consistently rude and unpleasant demeanor towards me and other patrons. It seems like she harbors personal issues or frustration that negatively impacts her interactions with customers. This behavior includes being short-tempered, gossiping about coworkers, and showing disrespect to everyone around her. I have started avoiding the establishment when she is working, but her behavior reached a point where I felt compelled to share my experience. I have advised fellow customers who have also faced her rudeness to voice their complaints. Shannon's conduct has driven me to consider taking my weekly spending of approximately $[redacted] to a different dining spot like the 99 Restaurant whenever she is on shift. If this matter is not addressed, Applebee's stands to lose my business while the 99 Restaurant may gain from it. I hope that management can address this issue promptly for the benefit of all patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Gary.

My fiancé and I consistently order from Applebee's at [redacted] E Bay Dr, Clearwater, FL [redacted] through GrubHub for delivery. Our go-to order is the 3 cheese chicken penne with extra sides of 3 cheese sauce and bruschetta. Unfortunately, the orders are frequently incorrect with missing items or insufficient sauce and toppings. Even after requesting the extras in the special instructions and calling to confirm, we still encounter issues. Our recent order, which cost $53, arrived with no extra sauce or bruschetta as requested, and the dish lacked seasoning and had a strange odor. The pick 3 combo appetizer only had 3 boneless buffalo wings instead of a variety, and the chicken quesadillas were missing the sour cream we paid extra for. This consistent poor service is disappointing and makes me reconsider continuing to support this specific Applebee's location.

On August 11th, around 10 p.m., my friend and I visited the Applebee's in Baltimore, MD, located on Reisterstown Rd. in Reisterstown Plaza. We had to sign in on a clipboard and wait to be seated, which took about 30 minutes due to understaffing. When seated, we ordered and requested another cup of hot tea. However, we were served a plastic glass of hot water and tea bags instead. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp with onions and mushrooms, but my onions were burnt, and there were no mushrooms in sight. Despite the issues, we did not complain as we understood they were short-staffed. Unfortunately, this visit was our first and last at this particular Applebee's. Given that it was a Saturday night, we expected better staffing levels to improve our overall experience.

My girlfriend, Samantha E., has been working at Applebee's in Burlington, NJ for about a month. Unfortunately, she's facing bullying from her coworker, Mercedes, who receives favoritism from the managers. Another employee called Samantha to inform her that Mercedes had made derogatory remarks about her in front of managers who laughed along. When Samantha reported this, the manager dismissed her concerns without investigation. The managers are complicit in covering up Mercedes' behavior and ignoring a serious bullying issue. Despite multiple complaints from other employees about Mercedes' rude and disrespectful behavior, the managers continue to ignore the situation. This toxic work environment is unacceptable and the lack of action by the managers allows this behavior to persist. It's disheartening to witness this mistreatment within a professional setting.

About three weeks ago, I visited Applebee’s and ordered 20 buffalo wings with ranch. Unfortunately, when I got home, the wings were naked with no ranch. Because I live 20 minutes away and had my children with me, I couldn't go back that day. I called the restaurant to explain, and the manager apologized and promised to mail me a 2 for $20 coupon. I provided my address but have yet to receive the coupon after three weeks. The naked wings were terrible, and we couldn't eat them. I had eagerly awaited the coupon and feel disappointed that it hasn't arrived. I feel like the manager may have misled me to pacify the situation. As a result, we will not be returning to that Applebee’s location.

After ordering and paying online for in-store pickup, I had someone else collect it. It caused a problem at the store as they needed the card physically. I believe if the order is paid for, providing the name and confirmation should suffice. It seems redundant to pay online and still need the card and ID. I appreciate security measures but insisting on the card seemed excessive. If the pickup person provides the full name, order details, and confirmation email, the chances of error seem slim.

I recently dined at your Fayetteville, Georgia restaurant and wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, the restaurant was not busy, and we were promptly seated. However, the service was disappointingly slow and disjointed. It took quite a while to receive our salads, and our entrees were mistakenly sent back to the kitchen. The food that did arrive was underwhelming, with cold fries and a lukewarm burger. The only redeeming dish was the shrimp stir-fry. Despite our dissatisfaction, no apologies were offered, and we were not compensated for the mishaps. The entire dining experience was marred by poor service and food quality. Despite hearing the restaurant had improved, our experience was subpar. The lack of managerial intervention was also disheartening. I am greatly disappointed and would appreciate a partial refund for our $34.48 meal. This experience has soured my opinion of Applebee's, and I am unlikely to return.

My son and 8 other teenagers recently dined at Applebee's in Bellevue, Nebraska. They ordered wings during the October special for endless wings, as well as the regular Wednesday special. However, when they finished their first plate and ordered more, the waitress, who did not introduce herself, informed them they would be charged for a new order since she was unaware they wanted the endless wings. Despite reaching out to the manager, there was no resolution offered other than speaking to the waitress. I believe the waitress deliberately misled them, and it is disappointing that the manager did not take appropriate action. This experience was unacceptable, especially considering they have enjoyed the endless wings special before without any issues. I hope the restaurant addresses this matter properly to avoid negative publicity. The kids deserve to be compensated for this inconvenience.
Thank you,
J. Mulligan

I had a distressing encounter with a manager at the Applebee's in Gateway, Brooklyn, NY. I politely requested a discount for a burger I had hardly touched, and the manager approached our table where my 9-year-old son and I were dining, and loudly declared that we had consumed most of it, offering only a $2 refund. She even threatened to involve the police if we refused. The restaurant fell silent as she spoke. I was left stunned. The waiter was apologetic, and other diners suggested recording the incident for a report. Eventually, amid the uproar, she removed the charge for the burger. I have video evidence of her rude behavior demanding immediate payment and banning me. I aim to ensure she is terminated and to receive an apology for the distress caused to my son and me. We left the premises upset, with the other patrons visibly displeased with the situation. I am deeply disappointed by the poor service we encountered.

My husband and I rarely complain when dining out. However, last night's dinner was a letdown. He had tough ribs and an overcooked baked potato, while my spinach artichoke pasta was largely inedible due to tough artichoke pieces and overcooked noodles. The breadstick was also disappointing. On a positive note, the chicken wings were the only enjoyable part of the meal. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to a great dining experience. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the waitress, she attributed it to corporate recipes. This experience in Greensburg, Pennsylvania left us wanting to share our feedback.

I am a loyal customer of Applebee's bar and grill in Clinton, MS. My family and I frequent the establishment twice a week, on Tuesdays for kid's day and on Sundays after church. Recently, on our last two visits, we noticed a strong marijuana smell coming from the back gate where we saw the Caucasian manager and black employees smoking and using inappropriate language. Despite overlooking it the first time, the same behavior occurred on our subsequent visit on Tuesday, November 13, [redacted], at around 2:00 pm. Inside, the food quality was disappointing, as my grilled chicken breast was undercooked and burnt on the outside, while my wife's salad was dull and wilted. The only satisfactory item was the mozzarella sticks from the two for twenty meal we ordered. The manager seemed too preoccupied shouting at staff to address our concerns, so we paid and left. This experience has soured our usual enjoyment of the restaurant. While we would like to continue dining there, we are considering exploring other dining options in the area. Thank you for your attention. - Ben F. at Mississippi Department Of Corrections, [redacted].

During my recent visit to the White Lake, MI location with my three children, we had two waitresses serving us named Emma Kazmerzak and Andy Bills. Unfortunately, I overheard them engaging in inappropriate and explicit conversation that made me uncomfortable, especially since my kids were present. This behavior is not suitable for a family restaurant, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Thank you.
