RE: Applebees Linden, New Jersey**This is the THIRD TIME IN * months that I have had a very unpleasant experience w*Applebees. I placed a * for $** order on your website, got a confirmation number and was at curbside to pick up my order per my request at *:** PM *******. I sat in my car & waited for service for at least *-* minutes, nothing happened, annoyingly I went inside the restaurant to inquire about the order I placed & was looked at like I was a Martian. Eventually, the supervisor came out to inquire what was wrong & I gave him my confirmation number.....he said they had NO order for me with my name an*or confirmation number. He then took my order again & said they would prepare my order.......after standing for at least ** minutes waiting for this to happen.....I went to my car to sit down. After at least * more minutes of waiting I went back in the restaurant and saw the girl that was taking the orders to curbside & told her that if this was going to take any more than * minutes of me continuing to wait, I would NOT WANT THE ORDER! Well after * more minutes of waiting I LEFT!! I have the order that lists the confirmation * that I can send to you if you want to see it, but I'm telling you......I am really and truly disgusted with your Linden Applebees and unless I see some type of change in your service, I am not going to give positive reviews for this restaurant. Like I said this is the third complaint in three months. Treating your prospective customer like I was treated is VERY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!

A gentleman from Corporate called me to apologize and discuss my issue that occurred and although he could only assure me that he would make sure that all personnel is aware of this type of situation not happening again and how they can try to prevent this type of situation happening in the future. As well he is gifting me a Applebees gift card to use more than one time.
