I have spent hours on the phone attempting to restart a replacement Apple Watch covered by warranty. Three different tech personel were unable to get results. I was then was directed to resend this replacement watch to another location in the hope that they could fix what was described as a software problem. I am frustrated because I don't understand why Apple would not simply send me a watch that was tested and knew to be workable.*Most reputable companies would just send a new product if a working "replacement" was not available. To put a customer thru the hoops that I'm going thru after I paid full retail plus a warranty charge for the watch * months ago is ridiculous and a burden. please stand behind your products and warranty promises in a timely manner.
