Yesterday my husband contacted AppleCare because my computed was acting up. Unknown files were dropping into my downloads folder and seemed to be under attack of a virus. AppleCare told him he needed to go to a local Vons or Target and get iTunes cards to pay for the fix and opted to be covered for * years at $***. dollars. Today I get a call from AppleCare telling me I'm not covered for viruses and that I would need to pay an additional $***. for sonic firewall coverage. When I told the representative today that we were told yesteterday the $***. covered anti-virus he told me no it didn't and I needed to think about this. At this point I told him I wanted a refund and he told me to "get lost" and hung up on me. The case ID is RTD*********PLEASE HELP!!!*Thank you,*Audra Haight
