This is my second complaint. Every time I speak with AFCU, they reassure me but fail to follow through. Let's revisit my initial issue. My insurance company informed me that AFCU didn't send the payment for my home insurance, leading me to pay and avoid a lapse. Despite Barbara's voicemail, my return call went unanswered for days. I need AFCU to contact me by phone or email today. I couldn't afford the extra $[redacted], and it was a forced expense. Your lack of action is unprecedented in all my years dealing with mortgage companies. I deem it potentially illegal and certainly unethical. If I don't hear back by close of business today, I will draft a detailed complaint to the BBB, a skill my wife excels at, and leave a negative review.
