I booked my room for ten days at American value inn located at **** Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX, *****. The outside of the room was nasty trash all over. When stepped In the room there was a strong bad smell. The wall by the air conditioner was molded. The mattress full of huge stains. I took pictures and showed them to the guy at front desk and this guy was so rude talking about why I was checking the room. He told me customer not allowed to check the mattress or cleanliness issues it’s against their policy. I asked him showing him pictures if he can sleep in a horrible bed like that . I will email you the pictures of this room . This hotel is dangerous for people health. You guys need to do something about it before it too late. Please send me your email address so I can email you the pictures. Looking forward to hear from you .
