Weeks ago I made a reservation at the Romulus Michigan Americas Best Value Inn At the Detroit Metro Airport. I chose a package to park and fly. I told them I would be dropping the car off on August *th and returning on the **th. They told me the total charge would be around $***. A few days before the trip I called to reconfirm that we had a reservation for the *th of August one night and will be parking our vehicle for * days. They confirmed this for me once again. When we arrived on the *th they give me a different charge saying it would be around $** and some change. Later that week I had received the charge to my account of $*** and some change. This was the first discrepancy. When we arrived back at the hotel on the **th to pick up the car we were told to go inside and see the front desk. When I went inside they told me wewere two days late picking up the car and that we had only scheduled a week worth of parking. They charged me an additional $**. **. I told them that this is wrong and that I had not only called once but twice and confirmed everything. Now upon return I've been told that their schedule says I will return on the **th. This is either incompetence on their part or they are lying. There is no reason that I should have been charged an additional $**. ** when I specifically asked for * days of parking and confirmed it with the hotel * days befoer. the manager was quite insistent and rude and told me that they don't make up numbers that somebody wrote this down because I told them I would return on the **th which is a lie. I specifically told them we would be gone for * days and they acknowledged this twice. I will be disputing the charges for the credit card company unless I am to have this money returned to my Discover card.**John Krix
