I booked a room in Corpus Christi Texas through hotels .com on June*th **** I did call and cancel due to a family emergency on June *th **** at *:** pm I was told by hotels com the hotel would be charging me for one day . And the second day would be free In my event of emergency . People should be compassionate instead of greedy . I refuse to be charged for this booking please contact me ASAP this is not a way to win customers
