Kevin Harwood and checked into the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites in Tulsa Oklahom that address is **** South **th East Avenue Tulsa*Checked in here I checked in here the **th which should be * ** ** and say the week paid to **** won't back down and extended my stay for another week on the **th to **** I locked myself out of my room one night and had to go down to the office and get a key made the man guess the manager's wife I don't know if there's a wife or whatever inquired about how I got such a good rate on my room I said came in got a room and she informed me then that if I had to extend my stay at the rate would go to *** a week that jumped from *** ** to $*** a week how's that possible and she got really rude and obnoxious and arrogant and that's what that's what it'll have to be so I'm needing some response on this issue ASAP because I'm going to extend my room another week probably another * weeks before it's all said and done so if you could give me a call my number is *** *** **** thank you
