This is Ms. Detrick Phillips I am t find out, why hasn't anyone hasn't reached out to me about my issues. I have been sending my info to you .I have witnesses that were here when we didn't have any cable from Friday until Sunday evening around *pm and the hot didn't get turned back on until *:** pm a hour and a half after the cable got turned back on.
I trust that America's Best Value Inn will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
