On June *nd at *:** i Tiffany miller called Ambit to let them know they turned off services at the wrong property. I was on the phone with the company for an hour so that ambit could reveiw the issue. At this time ambit took responsibility for there mistake and told me that they would cover the expedited charges and it would take *-* hrs for services to be restored. I also informed them that we were experiencing*** degree weather several times...along wit the fact that im * months pregnant and my father is a quadriplegic amputee and i have another child in home. It's *:** and i still have no services on and when i tried to call about the issue ambit was closed. I wasnt given a confirmation number just assured that this would be fixed. Now we have no where to go and i can not transport my father under the his circumstances. My payments are made in a timely fashion and this point im a very hot upset and displeased customer...along with a severe heat situation that isnt good for me or my families health. I have looked for every type of say on top of emergency ways to contact the company and will more then likely be contacting an attorney about this life threatening issue. So for your next valued customer you may want to fix future situations that could result like this thank you.
