Here is the problem:**Our account was reviewed for a month and fully enabled on November *. We added * listings to other Amazon european sites and within * hour our account was suspended due to suspect that we are selling inauthentic items (MSI video cards). These items have been already added in Amazon.co.uk before, we just tried to expand the listings to other european sites.**I have been asked multiple times to provide purchase invoices, and I have provided these invoices about ** times since November *. Seems like nobody is reading these emails, or I am receiving automated response templates.**The cards have been purchased from computerUniverse GmbH in Germany, you can check that. The date on some of these invoices is more than *** days old, but we are selling exactly these cards, we do not have other available quantities of MSI video cards.**We have already fulfilled ** orders. We ship the items to customers, answer questions, have positive reviews and we are not receiving our money. Even more - all our listings have been suspended, we are not selling anything now. Even items that have nothing to do with MSI video cards.
