My Amazon DE account got blocked yesterday even though I hadn't made any purchases, I just wanted to add items to my cart. Every time I selected a product, the website wouldn't show me the price and kept pushing me to register for Prime, even though I was already a member. After multiple attempts at registering, my account got blocked. It's Prime Day, and I've been looking forward to it, but now I'm feeling really down about what's happened to my account. I provided all the requested information to verify my account and received an automated response telling me to follow the instructions on the website. The site, however, says I need to wait longer for instructions on unlocking my account. I feel like I was brushed off, and Prime Day is almost over. This whole situation is very disheartening. I'm hoping my account can be unblocked before Prime Day ends.

My account has been locked for 2 weeks due to suspected behavior, hindering my €[redacted] Lego set order. I provided requested data via the web form, contacting Polish support 3 times for verification. Despite promises to resolve the issue with the IT security department, the block persists. Multiple emails in German request additional information after failed login attempts, claiming an SMS was sent too. Dear Amazon, I have received a notification that my Prime trial is ending soon, but as I no longer have access to my account, I am unable to cancel the membership. I have reached out to technical support to close my account, but it seems that my account is still active. Hello, We are experiencing difficulties with our VAT situation, resulting in our account being suspended. Initially, our survey indicated we did not need to apply for VAT, but we proceeded with the application. However, we require assistance on the next steps to take. Another issue we encountered pertains to the FNSKU labels. The confusion arises from a discrepancy where one product was reported to have no FNSKU labels, despite our suppliers confirming they were attached. Additionally, some labels are deemed unscannable, contradicting the previous 'not attached' claim. Due to the account suspension, we are unable to create a case. I have an Amazon.de account and am currently in Italy. I need to change my payment method, but I can't access my account. I receive an SMS with a web link after sending my password, but I can't proceed because my phone is not a smartphone. I've been an Amazon customer for years and never had this issue. Hallo! Ich habe bei Amazon 2 Tanneninstallationen für je 35 € und eine zusätzliche für 13 € bestellt. Leider habe ich beim Bestellvorgang versehentlich die falsche Lieferadresse eingegeben. Anstatt Gröse Str.36, lebe ich jetzt in Gröse Str.60. Geld wurde von meinem Konto abgebucht, aber das Paket ist nicht bei mir angekommen. Was kann ich tun, um das Problem zu lösen? Hello, approximately two months ago, I made a purchase for a wig on amazon.de. The estimated delivery date was between November 17th and 26th. Regrettably, my order has not arrived as of now. I completed the payment for the item and received email confirmations for the payment and a request for feedback on the product about a month ago. Despite reaching out to the seller for tracking details, I have not received any response. I am eager to understand the status of the product I purchased.

I'm having trouble accessing my account due to password forgetfulness. Despite selecting the password reset option, I'm redirected to a screen that mentions receiving an OTP code. This loop prevents me from proceeding. Similarly, clicking on the password reset link from the help section leads back to the OTP prompt. Furthermore, when confirming login attempts via email and selecting approve, I'm directed to a German-language screen that I can't comprehend.

I received the confirmation email from Amazon with the receipt and delivery dates. However, shortly after, my account got blocked for 24 hours for verification purposes. It has been 48 hours now, and I haven't received any updates regarding my order, account, or payment. Hello, I have purchased various items from different shops and require original invoices for my company with the VAT number on them. Unfortunately, the current process requires me to send separate emails to each shop, which is impractical. Additionally, the new system forces me to select individual products before I can contact each shop, even if they are all from the same store. Please assist me in sending a standardized email to all the shops requesting the necessary invoices. I placed an order for a "Trier Germany Calendar" on December 4th. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive it which was supposed to arrive by December 16th at [redacted] West Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY, [redacted]. The seller, "CALVENDO," has not been responsive, and after contacting them four times, I keep getting the same automated message that it's on its way and to contact UPS. However, I am unable to track the package as I don't have a tracking number, only an order number: [redacted][redacted]. Despite the seller claiming it has been shipped, Amazon customer service mentioned that I have not been billed for it yet. This situation is very confusing and discouraging for me, especially since I ordered it as a gift. I would appreciate any help to clarify the current status of this calendar order.

Hello, I placed an order on Amazon Germany on December 23rd for a product that I realized had a delayed shipping date shortly after purchase. Unfortunately, the item had insured shipping exclusively for prime customers, which I am not. Consequently, it would not arrive on time. The payment was made using my credit card, and I was immediately charged upon ordering. On December 28th, I made the decision to cancel the order. I promptly received a confirmation email for the cancellation. However, I am unsure of the timeline for receiving a refund or if the refund has been processed yet. Thank you and have a pleasant day.
