I bought a pre-owned Laptop off of eBay, and it came with a universal charger. With this being said, my laptop does not charge. It says "Plugged in, not charging." I don't know if it's the battery, or the charger itself. I read online that these laptops take certain Volts and Amps, which I also do not know if this charger meets the requirements. Even so, I also read, obviously, it's best to use the manufactured battery charger. The problem with that is, when going onto the website I couldn't find any battery charger. Just computers. From what I see, the low battery really negatively impacts my computer's performance, and I want to fix this. Another thing is, I'm not sure if it's a problem, but I have an older generation Alienware laptop. I figured I wouldn't need an entirely new updated one for such small games that are played on my laptop, which I was right. The only problem I see is that the performance has been negative since the battery has been pretty much dead. Any ideas as to what I can do?
