Help with my Airtel issue

How did GetHuman-opeyemik do it?

I was trying to migrate from smart trybe to smart connect ... I mistakenly entered a pin ***** after that I was debited **** for some Nigerian legion community stuff... Please help me retify the issue...
I need to subscribe with the money because I need to do some assignments
They could make it right by returning my money and cancelling the service I registered for
*months customer is no longer a new customer with the network so please I need immediate answers please
I already migrated from smart trybe to smart connect that I was initially trying to do before the wrong code was entered
