I recharged for ***.** extra *gb data plan yesterday evening on my number ********** and as I work in night shifts I didn't use data at night after my shift I came to room and saw that data is not available WTF is wrong with you guys. Cheating customers this way in app while recharging it said *gb data valid until my **** plan validity and it's another **days from now but data is gone from my account I didn't use even *MB from that recharge I want my money back or the data back to my account. No* Cheating company is Airtel. Instead of spending the money on your fake advertisements spend the money on improvising your services. Learn from JIO. My friend is using Jio and he has no network issues... None at all... But for me in a day I experience network issues many times when I am on calls or using data calls get disconnected as there is no network what the **** is wrong with you guys. I kept quite till date even with many issues. But it's the last that I didn't use any service but *** went waste from my account it's my hard earned money and I want my money back or data as promised by your F*****g company... Be transparent in validity dates you MORONS.... This is not the correct way to earn money. CHEATING company.... If you don't listen to your customers and do the same way soon you guys too will go out of business Jio will crush you like anything in future it's not bcos of free offers but the services that they provide atleast they are transparent and service is good no network issues.
