I would like to book a business class reward ticket using my Flying Blue miles. Every time I get to the final page to book the ticket, I get an error message saying "an error occurred please contact customer service." The itinerary is SEA to NICE (thru CDG) on **May and returning CDG to SEA on *Jul. I have been on hold with Flying Blue customer service for *h**m (and counting). Please help!

I waited on hold with Flying Blue for *h**m. Once I spoke to a human, they handled my request within minutes. The seem very nice and adept at handling issues, it just seems like they have only * people working the phone lines
