**rd May, *********My booking reference: ***RIW****From your mail I understand that my flight EI ***, Frankfurt to Dublin, on **.**.**** has been cancelled. This means that my transfer to my flight, also with Aer Lingus, from Dublin to Minneapolis EI ** and the return trip EI ** and EI *** cannot now take place. ****This morning I spoke by telephone to your representative and it was agreed that the responsibility for the cancellation lies with Aer Lingus. I was told to expect a full refund and given the reference *** ********I therefore request a full refund pursuant to articles *(*)(a) and *(*)(a) of EC Regulation No.********. ****You are reminded that the refund must be made within seven days. **For the avoidance of doubt, I do not accept a travel voucher.
