I have been paying for the premium service for months and I even see that I am going to be invoiced on November *, yet I have lost all of the premium features of my brand and when I click on "my brand" it's telling me that I need to upgrade to premium and I am no longer paying for it! But you are still charging me! This is ridiculous! I actually don't want the premium service, so PLEASE STOP CHARGING ME for something you aren't even letting me use!
