Someone has acquired my credit card number and created an account with your company without my knowledge. I recently discovered unauthorized transactions totaling around $[redacted] on my statement through the Direct Express app. I draw a monthly check and disability income, and this deduction has impacted my finances significantly. I request a refund for the unauthorized charges.

I recently tried to find a match a few days ago, but the ping was always above 350ms, and I couldn't find a game. I looked into solutions and found out I might be shadow banned. After visiting the Activision website, I discovered my account was under review for possible rule violations. I have no idea why I was banned, which is frustrating because I invested in Modern Warfare and COD Points. I even created a new account, purchased the game again, and got banned once more. I'm upset because I spent a lot of money, and I don't have much to spare. I'm willing to have my account stats reset if needed; I just want to access my purchases. My usernames are "Barnx" and "JayJay52." I have cleared my cookies, browsing history, and I'm factory resetting my PC. Please review my case promptly.

Dear Customer Support,
I have been playing Warzone on a PS4 and would like to sync my progress to the PC with Battlenet. The issue I am facing is that my Activision account is linked to an email "[redacted]" which I no longer have access to since it was deleted by AOL due to inactivity. However, I can still log in to activision.com.
Currently, when I try to set up two-factor authentication to play Warzone on my PC, I am not receiving the necessary code. I am also unable to receive the code to change the email address associated with my Activision account. I feel completely locked out.
I would appreciate any assistance in changing the email address associated with my Activision account. My account is also linked to Twitch as Toinsou75, Twitter as @Toinsou, and my PSN ID is Toinsou.
I have invested a significant amount of time and money in your game, and it would be disappointing to be locked out due to an inaccessible email address.
Thank you,
Antoine A.

Good evening, it has been 3 days now that I can't play because when I try to log in to Warzone, it asks me to do the two-factor authentication on an old email I no longer have, which is [redacted] I tried to create another account and link it to recover it as shown in some videos, but it didn't work. The issue now is that I linked another account I created with my wife's email [redacted] to my battle.net JOCK3R#[redacted], and I can't unlink it before 12 months. I don't know what to do anymore. I need help. To provide more information, my phone number is [redacted], my correct email is [redacted], my in-game Warzone name is JOCK3R. I have friends named Eckoo, Bloody, Doomerman, Suprm, Captainepaulo whom I play with. I recently spent 30 euros on CP on my battle.net, displayed in the order history. I've reached level 50/52 in the Season 5 battle pass. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me via email, text, or call. If this is not the right place to ask, please forward my request. It's been 3 days, and I'm frustrated. Thank you for your understanding, have a good day/evening.

Dear Activision,
I have recently invested a substantial amount of time and money into my Call of Duty account during the global pandemic. However, when I logged into Warzone a few days ago, I was shocked to discover that my account had been permanently banned. Despite my attempts to resolve this through the automated complaint system, I have not been able to communicate with a real person to address this issue.
I am extremely disappointed with this situation and have lost trust in the company. I have also reached out to the data protection officer regarding a potential security breach on my account but have not received a response. I have always been a loyal customer for almost two years and have never encountered any problems until now.
I am requesting for my account to be reinstated and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. If I do not hear back, I will escalate this complaint to the Activision head office. Please see my account details below in hopes of resolving this issue:
Activision Account: DrP3PP3R
Playstation Account: Seb Wright
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Seb

Hello,
My account was hacked on 11.09.21. On 13.09.21, Battlenet Support confirmed that my account was hacked, and the email address was changed, resulting in a hack in Call Of Duty.
I have sufficient evidence for this.
However, they claim they cannot lift the ban on the affected games, stating that I was the owner of the account during the ban.
Legally, at that time, I was not the owner since my email address was changed by Battlenet, and I lost access to the account. Therefore, the "hacker" was the owner at that time.
So, what kind of explanation is this for not lifting my ban? I purchased this game legally, never did anything wrong, and yet I am being treated this way.
I can provide you with screenshots of Battlenet support messages showing that my email address was no longer " [redacted] " at the time of the hack in Call of Duty!
How could I have been the owner then?!
Please unlock my account.
Regards

My account was compromised, and I noticed when $84.99 was taken from my PayPal. I got help from battle.net ticket support to recover it. However, when I got my account back, the email address for my Call of Duty game account had been changed by the person who accessed it. I realized this when I saw missing gun levels and skins that I had worked hard on. My Call of Duty account was reset to level 1, erasing all my progress. I hope to get my original account back with all my weapon skins and multiplayer progress. I saw a YouTuber go through a similar situation and shared tips on recovery. I followed the steps on the Activision account recovery page but have not recovered my progress yet. The email from Blizzard shows the actions taken to secure my account after the breach, but I am still missing my progress in the game.

Dear Community Members,
I'm reaching out because my gaming account was unfairly banned after being compromised and used for cheating. The email associated with my Activision account, [redacted], is not mine. Initially, my account was linked to [redacted], which I'm now using to contact you.
I suspect my account was part of the supposed breach in April where 500k accounts were compromised. I play only on PS4 and never cheated. The unauthorized user changed the email to a Russian one and linked a Steam account (GiantDwarf) to cheat, resulting in a permanent ban.
I request to switch the email back to [redacted] and lift the ban promptly. My attempts to change it fail as a verification link is sent to the unauthorized Russian email. I can't access that email.
My Activision ID is [redacted], and I reside at Sluisjesdijk 44, Piershil, Netherlands. Confirming this information for account verification purposes.
I appreciate your assistance.

While playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare, I unexpectedly received a shadow ban with no explanation. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly. I have diligently reported hackers and cheaters, yet I find myself banned, which is unjust. I have invested significant time and money in this game, and it is unfair to be penalized without cause. The gaming community must address these unfair practices and target the real wrongdoers instead. It is essential that this situation is rectified promptly. I am frustrated by this situation and eager to have my account reinstated. My PC Battle.net gamer tag is SneakyTurtle#[redacted], and my username is possibly MiniNinja#[redacted]. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On September 10th, I attempted to play Warzone with friends, only to discover that my account, chiefpokalot, had been permanently banned. This left me puzzled as to the reason for the ban. Around 6 months ago, my PSN account was compromised, leading to a forced name change to pipefitter357. Upon investigating, I found that a random email was added to my chiefpokalot account without my knowledge, and an Activision account connected to pipefitter357 was created, even though I never made that account. Despite playing on my PlayStation 4 for years, the Activision account linked to my console was inexplicably unlinked. To continue playing, I had to create a new Activision account, pipefitter269. Unfortunately, when I attempted to link pipefitter357 to my PS4, I was blocked because chiefpokalot was already linked. However, I can't access the chiefpokalot account due to an unfamiliar email and altered password. This situation has resulted in the loss of progress and items earned over nearly 59 days of gameplay. Despite not engaging in any cheating activities, my account was banned, leaving me baffled. I suspect my account was hacked, and despite sending two emails to Activision, I have yet to receive a response. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon,
I recently received a response regarding my appeal for a permanent ban, stating that it was due to using unauthorized software and manipulating game data. I wish to dispute this as I have never engaged in such activities. I have been playing Warzone for about 2 years, purchased the battle pass, and invested time in upgrading numerous guns to their highest levels. Last month, I played at a public gaming location where I utilized a rented computer. It is possible that someone using unauthorized software on the same IP address caused the issue. Review my gameplay as evidence; my performance averages around 1-7 kills in Rebirth matches. I am eager to regain access to my account as I find this ban unjust. While there is a slim chance I left my account logged in at a public computer, I typically log out each time. Over the weekend, I encountered cheaters in the matches I played, further supporting my claim of innocence. I am certain of my compliance with the rules and await your response to rectify this situation promptly.

In early [redacted], while I was busy with school, my gaming account got hacked and linked to a PC Battlenet account by someone who used it for cheating. When I returned to gaming, I noticed unusual progress that I did not make myself. I reported this in May, but a week or two later, I was permanently banned from Call of Duty Modern Warfare ([redacted]) and Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. I reached out again for help or retrieval of my account, but Activision refused to assist, rendering the over $[redacted] I spent on these games useless.

Every time I update Call of Duty, the game malfunctions, glitches, and eventually kicks me out showing an error labeled HKS with numbers. The recent update included multiplayer and resolution packs. Despite downloading all packs, the game claimed I was missing one. After a reinstall, the game now says I'm permanently banned. Creating an Activision account, I discovered a Blizzard account named "mighty owl" linked to mine without my knowledge. I appealed the ban, but they upheld it, accusing me of data manipulation connected to the "mighty owl" account. I've maintained the same Xbox account since Xbox Live inception and never engaged in such activities. Spending over $[redacted] on both games is frustrating, especially when they take up a significant portion of my hard drive and fail to work correctly. It's disheartening to be accused of hacking when I play the game purely for unwinding with friends, not for unfair advantages. Despite my appeals, the ban stands, leaving me no room to defend my innocence. It's upsetting not just for the money lost, but also for the enjoyment taken away, with no proper means to address the issue.

My son mistakenly created an Activision account with an incorrect email domain "gmail.co.uk" instead of "gmail.com." He played on his PlayStation without any issues for 18 months but faced a problem when switching to the new Xbox X console. Since he couldn't recall the login password, we attempted to reset it but couldn't due to the non-existent email address associated with the account. Contacting Activision support, I created a new account and requested assistance in recovering the old one to update the email and password. Unfortunately, all progress on Call of Duty was lost in the transition from the old to the new account. Despite my efforts, Activision informed me they were unable to locate the old account or assist further, citing that the form used was not intended for this scenario. My son is upset about losing his achievements, and I'm struggling to find a resolution. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, it seems my account was compromised by a Russian email, leading to a permanent ban. Sadly, I lost all my progress and purchases. I'd appreciate reactivation, willing to forfeit recent progress. My gamer tag is "dasface," and I've reported the issue to the DPO with screenshots.

I recently tried out the new Call of Duty Vanguard beta and enjoyed playing a few matches before receiving a permanent ban. I admit to making a mistake in the past by purchasing a modding tool for Cold War zombies in order to obtain dark aether. I have since learned my lesson and regret my actions as it resulted in my account being banned. I understand that cheating was wrong, and I apologize for my behavior. I genuinely love the Call of Duty games and was hoping to use Vanguard as a fresh start, but I accept responsibility for my past choices. If it is not possible to lift the ban, I will accept the consequences. I acknowledge that cheating was a poor decision on my part and I assure you that I will not repeat it.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance with an issue I encountered in July around the 29th where my account was hacked. I initiated the recovery process and received Case Number [redacted]62. Instead of accessing my original account at [redacted], I mistakenly signed into a new account at [redacted] Consequently, my game progress and stats, along with those of the hacker, are now on the new account. I have been attempting to transfer my progress back to my original account for two months. Additionally, I am experiencing a shadow ban with a high ping of [redacted], making it impossible to join games despite not violating any rules. I have been receiving emails from Activision indicating a delay of another three business days due to high volume. I have been tirelessly trying to resolve this issue for two months and am in need of assistance.

I no longer have access to the email address linked to my Activision account. I am unable to set up 2FA for Modern Warfare and Warzone, as the verification code is sent to the wrong email. Despite having my current email linked to the Blizzard account, I can't reset the password as the link is sent to the inaccessible email. This issue has prevented me from playing for nine days, despite nearly 48 days of playtime. I have tried the support page with no success, as it continues to send links to the wrong email. I urgently need to either recover my old email password or update my Activision account to my current email. Contacting you has been challenging, and the online support hasn't addressed my specific problem.

I am currently unable to access the email associated with my Activision account. For Modern Warfare and Warzone, I am being prompted to set up 2FA to continue playing. However, the verification code is sent to the old email which I can't access, despite it being linked to my Blizzard account with my current email. When requesting a password reset, it keeps sending links to the inaccessible email. This situation has caused me to be unable to play for the past nine days, even though I have invested a considerable amount of time into these games. I have tried following the support page instructions without success. I urgently need to either recover access to my old email or change the email associated with my Activision account to my current one. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to reach out to customer support, and the online support page hasn't been helpful in resolving this issue.

Hello,
I have been banned from Cold War for over 6 months now, and despite numerous attempts to contact Activision support, I have not received any assistance regarding my ban. I believe I am wrongly accused, as I play fair without using any software cheats. Can someone please review my gameplay to verify my innocence?
Your help would be highly appreciated.
