Dear Support,**In all honesty, I don’t know what happened, but it appears that my account has been banned, and I truthfully don’t understand why, since as you can see, I’ve always taken care of it, given the amount of time and effort I’ve put into it and on top of that, it seems that it happened as a result of a random disconnect that also crashed my game.**So that being said, here I am, although I’m not sure as to what I’m supposed to say, because I’m frankly not sure exactly what happened, or if someone has tried to hack it or something. I have never shared my password with anyone, nor are my credentials anything even remotely to guess or shown on social media. Obviously, I have never used any cheats nor have I offended other players or otherwise broken the rules, but I doubt this was as a result of a report or anything, as I can’t imagine what would’ve been the reason for that.**Bottom line, I’d appreciate it a lot if you guys could please look into this issue for me and lift my ban so I can continue enjoying playing CoD MW with my friends. Needless to say, if there’s anything I can submit to verify my claims, please let me know! Thank you so much!
They don't realize that they should be faster with their customer support. I'm a semi-pro player who plays in the tournaments so this unfair ban also affects my income and reputation.
I want my account unbanned.
I'm a good customer because I always play fair (since Call of Duty *) and I have always been a good ambassador for this game. Many of my friends started to play this game because of me and they had a great time because of that. Not to mention that I have spent a big bag of money in their store for battle passes, operators, gun camos, etc.
I tried to contact their support but no answer.
