I recently bought the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare on preorder from a store. I was informed that my preorder receipt included a code for DLC content like the XRK skin. I entered the code on my Xbox menu, but it only granted access to the beta. I feel let down and misled by the store, as I bought the game specifically for the DLC content. I've reached out to Microsoft, and they advised me to contact you about this problem. I am hoping for a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Buonasera, Vorrei informarvi che questa è la prima volta che vi scrivo via email, ma mi trovo in una situazione difficile. Ho riscontrato delle difficoltà nel giocare a Modern Warfare nonostante la mia buona connessione. Trovo frustrante il fatto che, pur riuscendo a colpire i giocatori avversari prima che loro mi colpiscano, continuo ad essere ucciso invece di ferirli. Anche nella modalità veterano, la situazione non migliora. Gioco a Call of Duty da più di dieci anni e non ho mai avuto problemi del genere. Sono abituato a essere competitivo, cosa che al momento mi risulta impossibile. Vi prego cortesemente di aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema che mi affligge da un po' di tempo. My main Facebook account was banned. I must admit I installed mods on another device and account. However, I haven't accessed my main account or used mods on it. If I had, I would understand the ban. The issue is I have not logged into my main account or used mods on it. Can the 10-year ban be lifted or at least reduced to a milder punishment? Regards

I have an issue regarding my accounts in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ([redacted]). I had been banned previously on my PC for not following the rules, so I accepted that. However, I recently purchased the game for my PS4 console, and to my surprise, I found out that I'm banned there too because my PSN account is linked to a banned account called bludzadar. Even though I never played Modern Warfare on the PS4 platform. I have attempted to unlink my PSN account from my Call of Duty account, but it seems impossible to remove the PSN account dr-_-rage.pt, which is the one I got banned with on the PC. Please help me disconnect my PSN account dr-_-rage.pt from this situation unrelated to PSN.

This is the fourth time I have been disconnected in the middle of my Zombies game. I collected a significant amount of liquid divinium in these games, usually around 3 or 4 each match. The rounds I reached were high: 28 on Shadows Of Evil, 20 on Verruckt, 31 on Der Eisendrache, and 14/15 on Kino Der Toten. My friends and I all use high-quality LAN cables to play. I acknowledge that Treyarch has made efforts to enhance the servers, but there are still issues. It would be appreciated if a few liquid diviniums could be added to my account (Felix-24-[redacted]) to compensate for the disruptions. Thank you. Felix B.

I'm having trouble with the latest COD Modern Warfare game and trying to add cross-platform friends. I've contacted Activision twice for assistance but haven't received any replies. I'm unable to add my friend as an Activision friend. I'm playing on Xbox with the username DiosSicario#[redacted], and my friend is on PS4 with the username beautiful429cake#[redacted]. Other friends have successfully added him, but when he tries to join our party, it shows a message saying "a blocked player has joined your party." However, I haven't blocked him, and he's not on my blocked players list. I'm not sure what steps to take to resolve this. How can I: 1. Get him unblocked 2. Add him as a friend

I am experiencing numerous issues with Call of Duty Modern Warfare since its recent release. Despite having a 200mb fiber internet connection in Brazil, I am facing challenges with gameplay. I consistently encounter high pings of over [redacted], even in matches within my own country. I have tried various solutions, including third-party applications to improve my ping, but the game's outdated NAT system prevents them from being effective. My friends are also experiencing similar problems, struggling to find matches in a timely manner, particularly in ground war mode. I am reaching out for assistance or a refund as this is not the quality of service I expected when purchasing the game. Thank you.

I have been playing C.O.D. on my iPad without any issues until recently. In one game, I was unexpectedly kicked out and when I tried to log back in, I received a message stating that my account was banned. I am confused as I have always followed the rules and never violated any terms of the game. I would appreciate it if the ban could be lifted. I enjoy playing the game and it is frustrating to be banned without any valid reason, especially since I do not make any purchases in the game.

I am having trouble unlinking my Blizzard account from my Call of Duty account. I mistakenly created a second Blizzard account using a different email, thinking I had purchased the game separately, and linked it to my primary account. Now, I need to link my first Blizzard account (associated with [redacted]) to my [redacted] Call of Duty account. The [redacted] account is currently linked to the wrong Call of Duty account, and the correct one already has another Blizzard account attached to it. I need to unlink the Blizzard account from both Call of Duty accounts.

I connected my Call of Duty account to my Battle.net account before, but now I play on PS4 with a different Call of Duty account. I want to switch back to Battle.net with my PS4 Call of Duty account. I tried reaching out through live chat, but I keep getting disconnected immediately. I submitted several tickets to Activision support, but I haven't received any responses. I even asked them to delete my old Call of Duty account.

Every time I attempt to log into Modern Warfare, the game goes through the boot-up screen and then displays a message about contacting online servers before disconnecting me. I receive either a message saying I am disconnected from Modern Warfare servers or Blizzard servers. Additionally, while on Battle.Net, I experience frequent disconnections and reconnections to the internet. I am certain this is not an issue with my internet connection as everything else works smoothly, and I have noticed many others facing the same problem. I am struggling to find a solution to this issue, and I am eager to continue playing Modern Warfare. Thank you.

I am having trouble progressing past the start screen of the game. Every time I update the game, it goes to the download screen, then back to the main menu with a message saying the update was successful. When I click to exit, then start the game again, I receive the update message once more. This cycle keeps repeating, preventing me from moving past the menu as it keeps prompting me to update the game despite my attempts to do so.

I bought a Call of Duty game for my Xbox One. After installation, it automatically linked to my son's Activision account. As a result, he can no longer access the game he purchased two months ago. Despite the option to unlink the Xbox from his Activision account, it doesn't work. I've reached out to Microsoft, and they mentioned I might need to request a refund. I will do so to help my son play again, but I'm unsure if removing the game will solve the issue. We are seeking a solution to disconnect my Xbox from my son's Activision account. Hello, I recently purchased COD Modern Warfare with a double XP bonus for three hours. I accidentally entered the redemption code with the wrong email and cannot access the double XP. I am currently on level 5 of "Best of the Best" and encountered an issue with not receiving my reward for achieving a fury kill. Prior to my last match, I needed one more fury kill to reach the goal of three. However, during the match, I managed to get TWO fury kills, bringing the total to three. Despite this, the progress is still showing 2/3 instead of being completed. I would appreciate support and guidance on how to resolve this matter and receive the reward I earned. I recently purchased Modern Warfare for PC on Battle.net. Initially, I encountered trouble launching the game and later faced DirectX error messages. After updating my drivers (AMD, Direct X, Windows Update, etc.), I managed to run the game for 5 days. However, this morning, upon launching the game, I encountered more errors - first DirectX, then VRAM, and now I'm unsure how to resolve them. I would appreciate a refund or a code to switch the game to my PS4. Despite the technical difficulties, I found the game to be enjoyable and would like to continue playing it on a more stable platform.

As a regular Black Ops 4 player, I'd like to address some concerns about specific weapons in multiplayer. The Micromg 9mm and the VMP appear to be unbalanced. For instance, the VMP, known for its high rate of fire, surprisingly lacks recoil, making it effective even at long range. Adjusting the recoil on the VMP could enhance the gameplay experience. Meanwhile, the Micromg's rapid rate of fire and low recoil make it overwhelming in battles. To rectify this, reducing its rate of fire, damage, or increasing recoil could provide a more fair gameplay environment. There might be other issues worth investigating, but tuning these weapons is currently a top priority for me. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for a better gaming experience.

Hello Activision and IW, I'm Kevin Ho, and my PS4 username is OkamiNekoKitsune. I am experiencing difficulties with Modern Warfare [redacted] as it is not connecting to the online servers. Despite having an active internet connection that works with other games, I keep receiving an error code preventing my access. Strangely, my sister's boyfriend, using an Xbox One S with the username Foodookies88, is facing the same issue. I am encountering repeated game crashes while playing Special Ops Gameplay despite trying all suggested troubleshooting fixes. The crashes always occur toward the end of the missions, regardless of the map. It has happened multiple times on Headhunter, Paladin, and Crosswind. I am unsure about Kuvalda and have not yet reached Harbinger or Brimstone. I play with a full party in party chat, and the game session crashes for all of us, regardless of who hosts the match. Each crash lasts for over an hour, and it is incredibly frustrating. I hope for a solution to these issues so we can enjoy the game without interruptions. I am a COD Mobile Emulator user and have played since the 1st season on various devices in different locations. My account is linked to Facebook, which is connected to my Gmail email. I subscribed to the season-2 ROYAL PASS and have never used any cheats. Despite this, I received a sudden 10-year ban without justification. I suspect my account may have been hacked, resulting in the ban. Please unban my COD Mobile account linked to the Facebook account [redacted] with the username Jozaif. It's important to note that my banned account is associated with this Facebook account, which shares the same Gmail email as my other account Jozaif.
