Send back the malfunctioning device to AT&T and have them send me a device that works like it should. I have been transferred to so many different departments and on hold for an issue that shouldn’t be so difficult. ... New customer, signed up with AT&T less than ** days ago. Purchased an iPhone **, **GB, and it’s malfunctioning. I’m unable to use the device, I have taken it in store, to apple, called almost every day and this is covered by my warranty. I would like a new device asap. I spoke with Assurian about an insurance appointment they gave me warranty information. I don’t understand what the problem is? I would like the brand new device that I have to be replaced with one that works, covered by the warranty that I am currently paying for. I have not been able to use this phone for almost a month now, this should be resolved or refunded.
I’m paying for something that I cannot access or use. It’s been less than ** days since I first submitted the information about the malfunction, I cannot understand why it’s still going on and I am expected to pay for services I can’t use.
It would be great if I could be reimbursed for the month of no phone access, I was unable to use my brand new device at all after the first * days. I would also like to have a new device sent to my home, and I can send this device that is malfunctioning back to AT&T. Then we can start over fresh.
I’m actually a new customer. I switched from Sprint. I was hoping to have a new experience with AT&T and stay with them indefinitely. Once we are able to get this straightened out I was hoping to get service for my home, and family. I’m a loyal customer and stay for a long time. Please help me with this.
When the device was malfunctioning I called AT&T, several times. They recommended that I call Apple and troubleshoot the issues and I did. After that everything shut down. I went into the AR&T stores, called regularly. Made appointments with Apple in store and over the phone. Nothing worked to fix this issue at all. I called Assurian thinking I needed to pay for a new device and they said it was covered in my warranty. So hopefully we can submit it ASAP and get this resolved.
