My phone and internet service for my business is and was with att. At one time I had * phone lines with * internet, & direct tv. In December I canceled the * phone & Internet lines(primary ***********) & (other not listed ***********), I transferred or ported the ***** to a wireless att acct. that is not a cell phone but is a nighthawk WiFi hotspot. I know my WiFi hotspot has a past due bill, which I have a att gift card for and can pay the balance to reinstate the it however att keeps telling me I have a $*** dollar out standing bill, which I called * times to make sure these accounts were closed and paid in full and was told they were! Yet I’m still seeing this bill. Also I have come across a number I don’t recognize (***********) that is associated with my business! Can someone who knows what there doing please help me get to the bottom of theses ongoing issues I seem to be having with my business phones*internet. Thank you so much. P.S. I do know that some of my information and my husbands have ended up on these accounts when it should only be the business not our personal info, such as our personal emails cell numbers etc.
