To exchange an item with oBedding.com, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will assist you in selecting a replacement item and processing the exchange. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the original item and receiving the new one.
