What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return purchases within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for opened or used items, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, or gift cards. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team with their order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
