What is your return policy?

Our return policy at eFashionhouse.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and convenience. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customers must first contact our customer service team with their order information to initiate the return process. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label or offer a prepaid return shipping option. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it and process the refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. For hygienic reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry are non-returnable. We strive to make returns as hassle-free as possible while providing excellent customer service.
