Our return policy at eFamilyfun.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accompanying accessories and documentation. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, the restocking fee will be waived. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We strive to process returns within 5-10 business days.
