Our return policy at Zobha.com allows customers to return any unused and unworn items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. The items must be in their original packaging and have all tags attached. We do not accept returns on final sale items or underwear for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer support team with their order number and reason for return. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for easy and convenient returns. Once the returned items are received and inspected, customers will be notified via email about the refund process. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
