At Ziamond.com, we have a hassle-free return policy for all our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all the accompanying certificates and documentation. Please note that personalized and engraved items are not eligible for return. Our aim is to ensure your utmost satisfaction, and our customer support team is readily available to assist you with any return inquiries or concerns.
